Bridesmaid Stuff (and Other Adventures)

Well, on Saturday I went to the city to try on bridesmaid dresses for Misti's wedding. Misti told us that we could wear whatever we like, as long as it is apple red. I think I found one that I like. It kind of has the cow neck (what's the delicate word for that, again?). I opted for the longer skirt, seeing as the tea-length one made me look like I was wearing high-waters. I also had a pair of ballet-style shoes laid back for me.

But I was having oil-pressure problems with my car. Whenever I would turn left, my oil pressure would go down to zero. That's not good. So, after shopping and lunch (where I hit my head HARD on the light fixture--OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!) I went to Auto Zone. The gentleman there was kind and helped me out a great deal. Turned out that my oil was low, so he helped me put some new in.

So my weekend was good, but I was late to work today. Sigh. It wasn't too bad, though. I had overslept and didn't hear my alarm go off. Double sigh.
